“ Just dropped in for a coffee. Coffee is ok here 2 , always prefer independent coffee shops. McDonald's coffee is way better as a fast food coffee comparison. Staff were friendly and helpful. Have to get the toilet door unlocked to get entry which is a faff. Easy fast food, i do love their chicken as well! ”

We've been to KFC many times and know what to expect before walking through the door. However we were met with the pleasant surprise of fantastic customer service, with a warm smile and enjoyable small talk. He was helpful and proactive from the moment we arrived to the moment we left the building. Jigar's genuine and joyful demeanour really made a lovely end to my night visiting Exeter. ”
